    Deployment and management

    Deploying Azure VDI typically involves creating session host groups, configuring app groups, and assigning employees through Azure AD. Administrators can use the Azure management portal, PowerShell, or ARM templates for orchestration. For profile management, configure FSLogix containers with Azure Files or ANF backed profile shares.

    Security and compliance

    Security is enforced through Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, and network controls such as Azure Firewall and NSGs. Data protection is achieved with encryption at rest, secure transport, and role assignments. For compliance, AVD supports security frameworks and integrates with Azure Policy for auditing.
